Judge Rules Prosecutors Can’t Call Men Shot By Kyle Rittenhouse ‘Victims’

In another significant development in the case of Kyle Rittenhouse, the 17-year-old accused of shooting three people in Kenosha, Wisconsin, prosecutors are prohibited from using the term ‘victim.’ A judge ruled against the word but allowed the use of words such as “rioter, looter, or arsonist” to describe the three men shot during a protest against police brutality.
