According to court records, in New York Attorney General Letitia James’ (D) fraud investigation into the Trump Organization, a lawyer for Eric Trump has withdrawn from representing him. Attorney Marc Mukasey won’t be representing the Former President’s son in the case, a court document dated September 14 shows. However, Attorney Alan Futerfas will continue to represent Trump. No comment was made by Mukasey to Forbes, which first reported the development. Watch the video here.
