The Department of Defense’s Logistics Agency shipped over 60,000 pounds of roast turkey across the globe ahead of Thanksgiving. This was done so American service members could get a deserving Thanksgiving feast. In addition to the turkey, more than 68,000 cakes and pies were also sent. The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support team was able to pull this off despite global supply chain issues due to the pandemic. Watch the video.
